Welcome to a new kind of work day

We take a slightly different view.
We seek out stories and allow time
Every day
To learn.

We carve our own path
On our morning cycle to work.

We care less about climbing the ladder
Than the view from every step.

We call clients from the park
And practice Yoga in the boardroom.

We know when to put in the hard work
While inspiring others with our laughter.

We prefer teamwork to solitude
Because we understand
Sharing ideas creates value.

We love our projects
As we do our families.

And when we see the sunset from the roof terrace
We know
it's only just the beginning.

Welcome to ViE.
Love Work. Love Life.

Love work. Love life.

Happier people are 0% more productive.

0% of people who joined a company in the last two years cited flexibility as an "important factor".

0% of workers feel they are more creative when they work flexibly.

Choice drives performance

Studies consistently show that happy people are more productive.

Choice drives performance and innovation. Employees who are given a choice of when and where to work are higher performing, more satisfied, and see their companies as more innovative1.

An invigorating cycle commute, lunchtime game of five-aside or a presentation in the park makes for better concentration and collaboration.

Simply, freedom is fuel for the lightbulb moments.

A new kind of work day

ViE is all about working the way you want to.

Need some quiet time? Head to the lobby for a meeting, grab an espresso and check your emails in peace.

Fancy a break? Take a walk in the Prater, enjoy a jog along the canal or hire a bike and explore Vienna's cycle routes.

Hungry? Pick up a salad in the lobby or cycle to the Naschmarkt for Turkish lamb sausages and fresh fruit.

Taking clients out? Try cocktails at the beach bar, Argentinian steak, craft beer and more: all on offer along the Donaukanal.

ViE also invites tenants to steer their interior design and outfitting. So you can choose the curve of your furniture, appoint perfect lighting and curate the office artwork. To arrange a viewing or request a quote, get in touch.

Designing ViE

Designed by Chaix et Morel architects, ViE is light, airy and well balanced. Full-length windows across the ground floor offer unlimited natural daylight; high ceilings throughout give an overwhelming sensation of openness.

“Our approach to ViE's architecture is to be fundamentally contemporary with a strong link to the historic patterns of Vienna. The aim was to design space out of the ordinary, where people felt relaxed, refreshed and inspired.”

– Christian Anton Pichler

A sustainable future

Like all CA Immo developments, ViE will be built with sustainability in mind, aiming to achieve DGNB Platinum certification. Encouraging people to commute by bike e.g. with in-house bike parking and showers is a priority for ViE, supporting Austria’s 2020 GHG emission target².

A renewable energy system helps to reduce power consumption. ViE also represents the idea of a working culture where respect for staff wellbeing leads to high loyalty and low turnover.
